My raid group hit a road block at kj duel to the 3rd door being closed i have a ticket and posting this to see if i can get a gm to open it for me. Thanks alot if you can unlock the door.

I'll see about getting that gate down. If you or anyone else in your group has been inside the instance in the last 30 minutes or so you'll need to perform a soft reset but I'll let you know once the command has been issued.

Well, the soft reset will allow the command that was just issued to take affect.
