Beta Invites

Hello, although this post may seem redundant, I hope it is not. What day(s) of each week do they do the waves of invites to the Cataclysm beta? Just wondering so I know which days to check the ol' Battle.net account page :)

We don't do invites on a specific schedule but are sending them out in waves as we feel it's appropriate. While I know everyone wants to keep up to date on when they should be checking their email for a potential invite, we don't plan on announcing each wave that goes out.

We'll continue sending out invites all through the beta and you should also be able to check the current official fansites for any key giveaways they plan to do should you feel the waiting for an email isn't a sure enough way to get a beta invite. :)

I haven't signed up for the Beta yet but I've been getting invite e-mails. Clearly the one's I'm seeing are another phishing scam, so I just thought I'd mention that here. I have come to the point that I utilize the "see full header" function of my e-mail program to determine its authenticity as a general rule. When the return path is someone from Hotmail you know its not official.
