Hello Blizzard Support I need your help. During sometime in the Spring I couldn't download patch 3.3.3. It kept downloading to 10% then it stopped. Then on Battle.net, it said my account was frozen. So 1 of your producers said to delete my World of Warcraft and re-use the discs to get my World of Warcraft back. Then I waited until last night to fix it, and it downloaded all my patches and now my account isn't frozen anymore. But, when I tried to play my WoW, it said my subscription is expired and it said to go to worldofwarcraft.com/account to update my account. So I did but I couldn't find update account anywhere. So what should I do?

Sincerely,
Nethelah

Okay then, but I think the reason I can't play is that I forgot my World of Warcraft account.

Didn't you say in your first post that when you went to play it said that your subscription is expired? If you got that message you must have been entering an account name of some kind.

I'm not absolutely certain what the issue is here, Nethelah. If you are unable to recall your Battle.net account name you can contact our Billing and Account Services department though, they should be able to help.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
