My friend tried to reset her password but the e-mail to reset never arrives. She doesn’t have any of the blizzard e-mails on filter. She could not log into her account at all today, and it says she’s been offline since she actually last logged off last night. So she sent for a password reset, but like mentioned, the e-mail to reset never arrives, and it’s been over an hour already. Also, she tried to call customer support/billing, but it says the queue is full.
