Can't Faction Change due to Mail Issue

hello, I am attempting a faction change on my warrior Proudmeat but the site says there is either mail in my inbox or en route. I cleaned my mail out last night and there is still no mail in it this morning when I woke up. Is there anyway you can help me fix this issue as I would like to pay for a faction change asap today! Thanks
