Unable to Transfer due to Mail Issue

I am not able to complete a paid character transfer. It says I have mail but I do not. Have checked my mail, auctions and disabled addons. This has been occurring since the system came back up yesterday. Any Blue help would be greatly appreciated.

It is this toon btw. :)
