Hi there!

My girlfriend and I have been trying to log into her account since 2 weeks and it says that her account is temp. closed, and once on battle.net, they says her accound is banned! The thing is we think that she have been hacked and they banned her account! We wrote to a GM while on the game and i called Billing worldofwarcraft too at 1-800-592-5499, and they're saying i have to go on worldofwarcraft.com/account/account-error.html !

One of her character is called Aoiryn, hunter lvl 71, on Dawnbrigner, alliance! We would really like to get her account back, having to pay for another game and start all over again makes us wanting to leave the game!.. naturally..

If one of the Game Master could help us getting it back, it would be really greatefull!

As Katra suggested, your girlfriend will need to email wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com to dispute the account action. They will review the actions taken and attempt to restore access to the account if the actions were taken inappropriately. Please let your girlfriend know that we appreciate her patience and hope to respond to her inquiry shortly.
