Faction Change Mail Problem

I have been attempting to faction change my character since my server came up on Tuesday. Until last night, all Blizzard paid services were down, and when those finally came up and I attempted to initiate my transfer, I received this error message:

"An error has occurred on this page: A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. "

Well, I opened a GM ticket in-game as I heard that blocked spam mail can cause this issue, but after nearly 14 hours my ticket remains untouched, neither reviewed nor escalated. And I've received no correspondence from Blizzard.

So here I am making another attempt to rectify this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Rest assured there's no gray mail in my box - I've insured none of my toons have outstanding mail at this point.

From what I can see, Crainn, you have a letter from an NPC with a Zandalar Honor Token attached. I can delete that if you wish but I wanted to give you the opportunity to retrieve it if you wanted to.
