Last week I wasn't able to buy my authenticator because I had an error that I couldn't solve. I waited for 1h on an international phone call and no one answered my call, always on queue.
Now, after maintence, i logged and tried again to buy it. Now it says that my zipcode is wrong. I'm from Brazil and zips here have 8 numbers. On the form i can only type 6 digits. Blizzard doesn't accept my zip number because the form only allows me to type 6 digits, and keeps complaining that I must type 8.
Wow... and now what? Can any blue call for the web support and tell them to work a little bit and change the forms correctly?
