"cannot auction item w/ used charges"?

I'm trying to auction off a pet, one that i haven't used......but everytime i try to put it up it gives me

"You cannot auction an item with used charges"

It is NOT a soul bound pet :-/

reloid UI did not work.

I assume you are referring to the Macaw, Drakfon? We may be able to help you. Just submit an in-game petition and let us know that the item can not be placed on the Auction House and you are receiving that message.

We should be able to exchange the item.

Queue times are rather high at the moment but someone will get to your petition as soon as possible. Just make sure you leave it open, you can play normally, switch to an alternate character or log out and it will remain in queue.
