I was hacked again.

Well it happened again I was hacked my Gmail account was accesed from an I.P. in China and my PW for WoW was changed and I can't log in.

Last time this happened I bought an authenticator and thought I was pretty safe. I am keeping as much of the info as possible for the WoW reps. I am just happy my bank account was not touched.

Anyway I just need to call them right? Last time I had a second account and opened up a ticket on a level 1 i had.

Did you not receive the last password reset?

Yours was the last - although, yes....they did try.

They shouldn't be able to actually get into your account while it's protected by your authenticator.
