Before contacting Blizzard's billing department regarding this, I recommend clearing your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files. You may do this by going into your internet options preface on the browser you are currently using. =)
If this step doesn't work, I recommend contacting Blizzard in the morning when they open at 1-800-592-5499. Once you call they'll likely be able to assist you better with this matter. =)
