Good Evening!

Noticed the new battle.net website and decided to log-in to have a look around. Clicked on my WoTLK subscription and noticed another 'world of warcraft' box directly below it. I clicked on it, and it immediately added a trial account to my log-in.

I know I'll probably have to give billing a ring to have it removed, but figured it wouldnt hurt to ask here to see if it could be done without calling.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, Amelda, in order to remove a trial account from your Battle.net account you'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. You can call if you wish, Billing can certainly help via phone. Though you may want to send an e-mail or webform from the registered address on the account.
