Issue with previous petiton.

I have had a ticket open to refund my Medallion of the alliance. A gm spoke to me and said he can refund it. He sent me and email, but it said no points were granted. This, however was about 10 days ago. I have had a ticket open since about 5 mins after it was refunded. This is insane. Please refund me my 68.780k honor( Or whatever it is) because this is actually crazy. I Need mah honor

Alright, I was able to confirm that the honor you were supposed to receive did not get added to your character. Unfortunately with your honor where it is if I refund the points to you now it will exceed the cap.

Do you have any items that you were interested in to bring your total down?

Excellent, from what I can see you currently have 35,047 honor. I can have added part of the honor of the refund which will allow you to purchase an item, then once you have done so add the rest of it.

If that works for you let me know.

It only took two days because you didn't return after I posted and Blizzard allows me to go home and sleep from time to time. :P

I do need you to log out of the character for a moment. 3 minutes, then log back in. Then after you have made your purchase log out again and let me know.
