A possible work around you may want to try is create a new character. You can delete it afterward but it is the creation of the character that should help. It should update the system and refresh the account, delivering any outstanding pets/mounts you may have redeemed.

It actually didnt work out.....I wonder why its so slow. It usually only takes about an hour for them to pop in.

The system itself has been experiencing an unexplained slow down with the delivery of the redeemed pets/mounts. They do eventually arrive but they are taking much longer then usually. Our Technicians are looking into the cause but thus far it is an elusive bugger.
