Questions about items recovery

Hi, my account was hacked and i just got it back, and i found out all my items and gears are lost.
I opened a ticket to the GM and it has been over a day and it still appears "Your ticket has been escalated"
Here's the question, after the GM has recovered my gears and items, will the items I loot during this period disappear?

If you are playing a character that has not been moved to a new realm by the hacker, you can continue to play while waiting for the restoration, you will not lose your new items.
Dessembrae is right. Please be patient with your open ticket, since restoration is currently tracking around a few days' turnaround. I am confident our In-Game Support staff will address your missing items as quickly and thoroughly as possible to help you out.
