Recustomization not working?

Is the Recustomization feature online? I paid to give one of my toons a makeover nearly two hours ago, but so far, the only option the character screen offers is to change gender. Am I being impatient? I think the instructions were to wait 30 min., but I may have misunderstood.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion, Taks, but the Character Re-Customization feature has never allowed a player to choose a new race. As noted, this character service allows (and has always allowed) you to change the appearance of your character. The Race Change feature was added some time later and has always allowed players to change race and customize the way the character looks.

You're welcome to contact our Billing department to request reimbursement for the accidental purchase, though; they'll happily look into the possibility for you. I encourage you to give them a call using one of the following numbers:
