I moving a character from one of my accounts to another. All guidelines are followed, both accounts in my name. Just wondering if I can play another character on the destination account while I wait, or do I need to be logged out of both until the transfer is complete?

You just need to be logged out of the character that you are transferring, Kaelel, otherwise you are fine. :)
