Account hacked...

Need help restoring the same.

There does indeed seem to be a tussle over this one.

It is vital your friend find the source of this. They may very well be into his email account itself.

This is an open investigation at the moment so security is going to be the highest priority. Doesn't really matter what we do to get a player restored if the compromiser has a way to break back in.

If you have a way to contact this player, could you pass the information below onto him please?

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
