Just and FYI the realms have not even been back up for 2 hours yet. Also there are MULTIPLE posts on this issue. You need to read those posts and find your info or post your issue on there. Making multiple post on the same already know issue is against the forum CoC and really is just unnecessary clogging of the forums.
The game masters are not the department that fixes this. They have not been given an ETA on this yet. As SOON as they hear anything they will post and let everyone know.
