Account Locked

Ok, so I posted about this a while back, but my account has been locked due to a paypal dispute, and I got an email saying I can only get it unlocked if I send a money order to restore the balance on my account. Well I sent the money order about a week ago and it still hasn't been unlocked. This isn't the account in question, but if I can get a blue response telling me the info I need to give, I'd be more than willing to do that to get some help on this. Thanks.

Well, Esens - I can see the issue here, but unfortunately, I have no way of knowing the status of that receipt.

Billing might be able to give you an update, it can take awhile to manually process those payments.
