Immediate attention, possible threat

I am asking a GM to look at my petition in game.
There is a character soliciting sex and nude photos for gold. This character has also been sending players to a facebook account which shows a girl half dressed. The issue here is that this photo has been in our police database for some time because this woman in the picture is a minor.
The threat here is that the said character might be trying to lure people in real life, since she(or he) has been advertising their living location.
