Quel Hilt disappears when thrown in Sunwell

It has been a week. No response.....

I am totally missing the quest item but have the quest....

In Vanilla wow it took less than 2hrs for a response I remember having instances reset or mislooted items even in Hyjal in BC reset in 30-60 mins.

Is the week long wait for a response due to Starcraft? If so weak...

Have you tried abandoning and reaccepting the quest? If not, I encourage you to give that a shot.

You're provided with the quest item when you accept the quest. :)

Also, I'm happy to say that you should not notice an increase in wait times as a result of the release of StarCraft II. We simply have a large number of World of Warcraft players in need of our staff's assistance. Rest assured that we will do whatever we can to reduce wait times to a more acceptable level, Tot, including hiring new representatives. :)
