Character Service Availability - July 21

We are currently aware of the fact that various web and character services are still unavailable following yesterday's maintenance. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate how long it will take for these services to be brought back online; however, I can assure you our technicians are working as quickly as possible to remedy this issue. Additional updates will be provided within this thread as soon as information becomes available to us, so please check back throughout the day for more information.

In the meantime, please keep all discussion of this issue isolated to this thread to ensure information can be easily disseminated. Any additionally created threads may be locked and/or deleted. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

The problem is that Race Change was available, and those who initiated a race change while it was up cannot log into the game at this time.

I'm fine without being able to race change but please fix it so that I can at least login.

This is something that we're aware of any looking into, Awdi. We truly want to get you back in the game as soon as possible.

I'm afraid that I do not have any additional updates to provide quite yet, Dippydots. As previously mentioned, I'll do my best to keep you updated with the latest information. As soon as I hear anything new, I'll be making a post letting you all know.

There were two separate issues at play. Some players were waiting for their character service to process while others have been unable to start the process. Players who were waiting on their services to complete may begin to notice their service processing; however, we still have work to do to bring the services back online for submission.

As a few of you have already noted, the character services should now be available. Please feel free to log in and submit your transactions at your leisure. We will continue to monitor this thread for any lingering character service issues, so please let us know if you experience anything out of the ordinary.
