Unable to unlock character

I did a race change earlier today and the payment went successfully, however, I'm unable to log into my character and I get the message "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." I was able to log in fine earlier.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? I couldn't race change either btw.

This is marked 'requires payment' at the moment, Seventy.

That could be as simple as us not having heard back from your bank or credit card. Maintenance today could also be having an impact.

I'd give this a bit more time to process through the system.
