IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK NOW

I have emailed and emailed and called and posted.

Can I get some help please?

I cannot "enter world"

"Character locked, contact billing"

I tried wiping my cache and rebooting etc etc to no avail.

Please help, I am trying to sort this all out .

Terribly sorry about that Rot, I totally missed this yesterday.

Your electronic upgrade to Burning Crusade did not go through - this character is level 62.

That's not possible under Vanilla WoW.

You'll either need to upgrade via a box copy to Burning Crusade - or call Billing to see if they can assist with that.

No it didn't, it was denied.

That's the root of this. You won't be able to log into any character or race that's above the Vanilla cap or any new races introduced in Burning Crusade until that's sorted out.
