Really. I post a "complaint"ish styled post, and you promptly delete it rather than posting something that might actually help an unsatisfied customer, I PAY for your game, WAYYYY too much at that, and you can't even give feedback to an obvious problem? Okay, so ignoring problems might work sometimes. Oh wait no it doesn't. It's especially not going to work right now, because I'm not going to bed, and I'm annoyed/annoying enough to not go to sleep until I have given you more money you don't deserve. EXPLAIN. WHY CAN'T I TRANSFER? WHY CAN'T I FACTION CHANGE? WHY IS THIS UNAVAILABLE.
