You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

well got my pw changed quickly, i don't appear to be missing anything, except my keybinds and my characters are in different places than i logged ouy almost all of them are by the bank, and it doesnt ask me for my authenticator anymore, so i guess thats good
If you have active malware or a compromised email account - they WILL be back.
You need to determine how they got hold of your information to prevent this recurring.
