Brothers Account Hacked

I am posting this for my brother. His account was hacked sometime during the time we took a break from the game. Whoever hacked it installed an authenticator. We have tried multiple times trying to reach someone from blizzard over the phone with no luck. If we could get some help that would be great. Thank you.

Well, to even start looking into this, we'd need to know a character name/realm on the account in question :)

That actually happened back in May.

The account is currently locked pending the legitimate account holder contacting us.

I'd recommend in this case to try to call Billing, although they may require additional documentation.
