Paid Race Change - Cannot log in

Paid for a race change last night and everything went smooth with the transaction, but was never given the re-customization option. I waited for an hour last night with no luck so I gave up, now when I try to logon this morning with that character I'm getting:

"You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete"

I can logon with other characters though.
