Race Change Issues?

Hi there...

I know I made a mistake making a Female Dwarf DK and as such, I've requested a Race Change. I've been logged out of the game for more than an hour now, received a conformation email saying my payment has been processed, and there's even an option to unlock my character under the before mentioned section in Account management. I click it, and it says an error occurred.

I've double checked the FAQ's, and I don't see an option to change my character's race to the left of my character name on the log in screen when I open up WoW.

This is the toon in question. I'd appreciate any help :)
