Character locked

I'm unable to get on one of my characters every time I've tried I've been given the message "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." I never initiated a character update or anything else for that matter, i did dispute a charge because I didn't make it. I've been unable to get onto the character for about a month now and was wondering if anything can be done about this since I never initiated any sort of character change. The character I can't log into is the one I'm posting as.

That's the equivalent of a busy signal. What that means is the hold queue is basically full. The message is very useful to some callers as there are alternative methods of contact for some issues.

Calling back quickly is probably your best bet on getting into the hold queue.
