maybe they're still locking it for security/recovery reasons, but i just now tried it, like 10 hours after the e-mail arrived in my mailbox. any ideas?

alright, so a couple of days ago i got an e-mail from blizzard saying my account (my other account, this is a trial) was permanently banned because one or more of my characters was reported manipulating the in-game economy. funny thing is i haven't even payed for the subscription in 4 months, so for me that would have been impossible to do. so i called blizz and told them what went down, and they said they would submit a ticket to a GM for the restoration of my WoW account and recovery of anything i might have lost in the process of being hacked. so everything is straight so far, only they sent me another e-mail maybe two hours later with a link to reset my password - so i made sure it wasn't spam and proceeded, only to find out my Battle.net account is still banned from World of Warcraft. when i try and login on worldofwarcraft.com i get "This account has been permanently disabled. For more information please contact [email protected]." and when i click on "Manage Game" on battle.net i get this: "You are unable to access this page because this license is banned, locked, or suspended." i just want to get my account back as soon as i can, but it doesn't look like that's happening.
