I've been suspended for over a week now, and I still haven't received any reason as to why I am banned.
I have contacted Blizzard twice, once by email (no reply has been received), and once via telephone (no direct reason was given). I have waited over a week for a response, still none, apart from an automatic response, have been given.
So far, I have been banned for 1 week for no reason what-so-ever.
One week, i.e. seven days, equates to a significant amount of my subscription play time, which was paid for $$.
Is Blizzard really allowed to terminate contracts with users without providing any reason? Most companies, by law, are not, and I highly doubt Blizzard is exempt to this rule.
I do not recall breaching Blizzard's terms of use in any way, nor have I been accused of doing such, yet I remain banned without reason.
