Track hackers Save level 1 - 10 for 30 days

The reason hackers get away with their lowlife thievery is due to levels 1 through 10 not being recorded by Blizzard. If the low levels are not recorded, the toons are deleted and Blizzard has no way to track the hackers.
I suggest Blizzard record all characters created for 30 days. So the toons being used to transport the stolen goods from one account to another are trackable.

I think you're underestimating our tools, Judetha. While the Armory does not display characters under level 10, our tools have no difficulties accessing information regarding these characters. Nevertheless, we appreciate your attempt to help!
