I cast one on my fiend and he accepted it, then bought a 2 month game card and I didn't get credit for it in fact the game never registered he was resurrected.

There are some restrictions that may have made the account ineligible to receive the benefits of the Scroll of Resurrection, Gulas. If you can provide me with the name and realm of a character on both the sending account, and your friends account-the account that accepted the resurrection-I would be happy to look into this for you a bit further.
