RAF-ing Myself

I plan on referring myself in the near future and I just had a few questions.

Do I need to create a new Battle.net account or can I use my same account and just link the two?

If I can use the same Battle.net account, would I still be able to log in on both characters?

Can I send the referral e-mail to my regular e-mail or do I need to create a new e-mail address?

Does the XP bonus from BoA's stack with the 300% XP increase?

No, you can do it under the same Battle.net, that's fine - and it works exactly like any other RAF account.
