i was wonder does anyone know when the paid character fraction change will start working again because when i went to change it says paid character faction change is unavailable

It looks like you were able to initiate a Race Change, Fineas, but it requires further attention. :(

Those of us who work on this forum are not Billing Reps and are unable to assist with such issues. I believe that the extended maintenance period is preventing all such transactions from your end or ours though.

As I mentioned previously you'll want to try the link after the extended maintenance period is over.
