Character transfer transaction

I initiated a paid server transfer for this character on the evening of July 19th. The character is still locked on the original server, and the transfer never went through. I wish to cancel this transaction and have my money refunded, but the Account Management page will not allow me to do this. I called last night to cancel the transaction, but was unable to get through due to a full call queue. If a Blizzard employee reads this post, please cancel this transaction and unlock my character if you are able to do so. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I cannot do that from here, Damìan.

Right this moment, if that system is still unavailable, Billing might not even be able to immediately.
