I am trying to RAF please help

I am trying to RAF I already bought the game for my friend and everything but I am not sure if he used the right code to link us.

Before he pays for the time, to link the accounts, I wanted to make sure all is setup correct, what can we do?

Please help, were both paying customers, thanks.

I highly recommend contacting our Billing department as has been recommended by various players throughout the thread, Deathgrind. Your email has been received; however, it may take some time for a response to be generated. Calling, on the other hand, may result in faster service if you're able to make it into our queue. When calling our Billing department, please hang up immediately after hearing that "All of our representatives are busy helping other customers" message and press redial immediately to improve your chances to enter our phone queues.
