My friend (Cryptorchild of Eonar) cannot log into any battle.net sites. At first it said his authenticator was frozen, now it just says log in failed. He has been trying to call Blizzard but the fact that we are both on a Third Shift schedule is making that a little hard. When he does call the Queue is to long and they disconnect. Can someone please help?

Ask your friend to first - make sure he's using his latest password and try again.

Authenticator accounts can lock up with too many invalid tries.

Also, it's worth noting that if you have an authenticator and for some reason have a failed login, it's best to wait for a fresh number to come up. It only takes a few seconds.
