Redialing is a method that many players employ when trying to get through to Billing & Account Services, Adorania. If you are unable, or unwilling to call continuously until you get through, then you may want to send in an e-mail and explain the situation and comment on the fact that you are having trouble getting through over the phone. I say “continuously call” but in reality, I typically get through after a dozen consecutive tries.
