Odd restoration issue - Blue Tracker

My account was restored on Tuesday, and I was told of all the items, money, etc. that were restored. The problem - i still have another character that is on another server, and 2 more that have been deleted. I was told that their gear was restored, but I cannot access the characters themselves.

Sorry for the confusion, Volnir. The restoration itself looks to be completed but it usually takes a little while longer to have those unauthorized transfers/faction changes, etc... reversed.

That should actually be taken care of fairly soon if I am reading this right. Once the characters return you should find the missing items in their mailbox.

I was curious about the bankalt that you mentioned though. I was looking through the characters and I'm afraid I only see the two that you mentioned in your petition. What was the name and realm of the other character you were referring to?

Ok, just making sure. Those are the characters that appear to have been transferred during the compromise. It looks like those are being looked into now so if all goes smoothly it should be reversed fairly soon.
