Hey! I just logged on and have an authenticater on my account when I don't actually own one. Any chance to have this removed?

If an Authenticator has been placed on your account without your permission, your account has been compromised. I strongly encourage you to scan your computer for malicious software as soon as possible so that you might identify and remove any account security threats. I'm afraid that a post on the Customer Service forum will not suffice. You'll need to contact our Billing department using one of the following methods to request Authenticator removal; calling will likely yield the quickest results.

Q u o t e:
do i need the registration key in order to get the authenticator taken off

If it was added by a malicious party, you will not need the Authenticator's serial number to have it removed. In some cases, additional identity verification may be necessary, but in some cases we're able to clearly identify when the Authenticator was added by a compromising party without having to request additional forms of identification.
