Guy on phone said he put ticket in for gear

When I called and got my account fixed up after I got hacked the guy said he put in the ticket to the gm to get my stuff back, how will I know when they get to my ticket? will the stuff just apear in my mailbox? or will I get a message fro ma gm? o.O

Also how do they know what was taken? stuff was taken from the guild bank and my own personal storage guild bank, should I write up a list of whats missing?

I'm glad to hear that you believe you found the source of the compromise and that you are taking additional steps by picking up an Authenticator, Targrai. It looks like your case has been in queue for little over 3 days or so, you should be contacted with the results in the next day or two.
