Somebody Transfered A Char Off My Account

Some time ago, My account was compromised and I sent in this form to get my account back. After receiving my account back, somebody called blizzard and got back my password with just my recovery question answer. Within the short span of a weekend *this happened before calling was aloud on weekends*. Without me knowing a character was transfered off my account. Then he got my account locked down again shortly after i checked transfer history. I never really cared until now, but what is making me mad is that. He didn't change the name and hasn't recustomed my character yet since he took it in vanilla. So if i go to the forums and search Verror. I can still see the original character face selected. Also right when it happened i used the stolen character application thing. And that said something along the lines of "It's your fault, So we can't fix it." IDK maybe blizzard support has become more AWESOME and would do something along the lines of banning that punk or retrieving my character somehow. THANX for reading this.

Additional Information:
The account is still locked.
The druid name was Verror-Stonemaul.
The new druid is on Spirestone.
The old realm is fuzzy ,but stonemaul sounds firmiliar.

As Eilethalua pointed out, if we are able to find evidence of a maliciously transferred character we are usually in a position to help. Unfortunately, it sounds like the evidence at the time either could not confirm that or verified it only verified the possibility that you may have enabled the original transfer of the character.

It is important to note that simply because a character looks like one you previously played does not mean that it is. Looking into this briefly I can find no connection between the character you mentioned and any of the ones on this account.
