Lost 1000g. 3days no response...

I just started playing on a new server. Saved up 1000g for Dual spec at 40. When I went to buy the ability my internet dropped the second I hit the button. When I logged back in, my 1000g was gone, and I did not have the ability to dual spec.

I opened a ticket with a GM but it has been over 3 days. Is there anyway to speed up the process, or do I just have to keep waiting patiently?

This is very frustrating. If I had an 80 and tons of gold this wouldn't be that big of a deal, but currently this really sucks.

I know the wait can be a bit frustrating, Deadheals, but I'm afraid that we will be unable to expedite your request ahead of the other petitions already in queue. You will need to remain patient just a bit longer as our Game Masters work as quickly as possible.
