Stupid Customer Service hours!

So i live in Australia, the hours are 7AM - 8PM right?
Then why the heck do i get "Sorry we are closed" when i call at like 1 in the afternoon????
I rang the AUSTRALIAN customer service number, yet they don't run of Australian times??
Why is this? This is a HUGE inconvenience Blizzard!

All the hours for Customer Service are based on Pacific Coast Time.

The 800 number is to help you on the phonebill :)

They are open 7 days a week, 13 hours a day.
