My character is locked

I recently changed my character's race and realm, and after the realm change got an email saying that my character has been locked, either because the payment didn't go through or because my account may have been compromised. The race change has already appeared on my credit card bill, so I know that that charge went through fine.

Now, I suspect this may be because I'm logging in from China (I am actually in China for much of the summer). I changed realms because my guild has moved servers.

Is there anything I can do to have this cleared up? Can a GM here help me at all? I've been unable to get a hold of anyone at Blizzard via email, and it's already been 4+ days.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Those were purposefully locked for your protection since your registered address had not changed and they looked suspicious.

Billing will be able to assist, this would best be done by phone.

Given your location, I'd recommend using something such as Skype, many of our players recommend that service highly.
