Seems to be missing my account

i took a long long brake from one of my accounts and now it's on a battle net account that i didn't make.
i have the original account name, all the billing emails, and the original Email-address and everything

You'll most likely get the best results by contacting Billing to see if they can assist in regaining control of the account. That would be the first step.
